This Privacy Policy explains how Arc Studio (“Arc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit witharc.co (the “Site”) or get in touch with us. Arc Studio is a sole proprietorship owned by Emir Ayaz and established in Türkiye, and is the data controller of your information. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you email us, book a call, or work with us, you may share your name, email address, company, and details about your project.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage data, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, the pages you view, and the site that referred you.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, schedule and hold calls, deliver and improve our services, run and secure the Site, and keep in touch with you about your engagement.
Cookies and analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people use the Site, so we can improve it. On your first visit, we ask whether we may use cookies, and PostHog collects nothing until you answer.
- If you accept, PostHog stores cookies on your device to recognize you across visits and records your visit: the pages you view, where you click and how you scroll. We may watch these recordings to see where the Site works and where it doesn’t.
- If you decline, PostHog still counts your visit, the pages you view and what you click, but without cookies or a recording. It tells visits apart with an identifier that changes every day, so visits on different days can’t be linked to each other.
You can change your answer at any time under “Cookies” at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it with a few trusted services that help us run the Site and our business. Each handles data under its own privacy policy and gets only what it needs to provide its service:
- PostHog, for website analytics and visit recordings.
- Google Fonts, which serves the Site’s typefaces. Your browser loads them from Google, which receives your IP address.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the Site and keeps standard server logs.
- Cal.com, for booking calls.
- Telegram, for messaging, if you contact us there.
Beyond these, we share personal information only when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or with your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to restrict how we use it, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@witharc.co, and we’ll respond as applicable law requires.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, though, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site and our services are for businesses and aren’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
International transfers
We’re based in Türkiye and work with founders worldwide. We process your information in Türkiye, and our service providers may store and process it in other countries, including the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
